Colliers International’s Jacksonville office has facilitated a new lease for Jaguar Power Sports, a family owned and operated company that sells motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), dirt bikes, electric bicycles, scooters and other recreational vehicles.
Jaguar Power Sports will relocate its operations to a warehouse located at 7720 Philips Highway in August 2020; the company will lease 42,952 square feet of the building. Colliers International’s Senior Director Eric Bumgarner, CCIM, Director Joseph M. Turri, and Associate Michael Cassidy facilitated the deal between Jaguar Power Sports and the warehouse owner. The new site more than quadruples Jaguar Power Sports’ space from its current location, a 9,463-square-foot showroom located at 4680 Blanding Blvd.
Jaguar Power Sports will utilize the warehouse for vehicle sales, storage and service. Shaun Jackrel, owner of Jaguar Power Sports, also plans to integrate an outdoor living showroom into the site plans — providing outdoor enthusiasts with an all-in-one destination for products and services to fit their lifestyle. He anticipates the expansion will create seven to 10 new jobs.

Our current location has served us well, but this relocation will allow us to provide even more value to our customers in the years ahead,” said Jackrel. “We look forward to helping our customers enjoy Northeast Florida’s beautiful land and weather to the fullest — whether they’re hitting the trails or relaxing at home.”
Bumgarner’s team will serve as the listing agent for the company’s current building, which will be available for lease or purchase in August 2020. The team also represents the owner of the property at 7720 Philips Highway, where 52,995 square feet of warehouse space remain available for lease.
