Colliers International’s Gainesville office has facilitated a transaction between Simon Willard LLC (the seller) and NBP Properties, LLC, an affiliate of NovaBone Products (the buyer), in the purchase of a 28,868-square-foot building located at 13510 U.S. Hwy. 441 in Alachua. The transaction closed on February 28, 2020.

NovaBone is a designer, manufacturer, and global distributor of regenerative medical devices based in Florida since 2002. NovaBone produces devices within the field of orthopedics and dental indications providing the medical community with unparalleled versatility and the widest range of choices in the bone graft device and wound healing markets.

“NovaBone first approached our team back in 2013 to assist them in finding a facility to fit their growing manufacturing needs. The success of that lease evolved into an opportunity for NovaBone to purchase the property, affirming their leadership in the robust life science community of Alachua,” said Dan Drotos, Senior Director of Colliers Gainesville. “We commend NovaBone for their commitment to this region as they continue to grow their world-class portfolio of products.”
