Colliers International’s Gainesville office has facilitated a transaction between Simon Willard LLC (the seller) and NBP Properties, LLC, an affiliate of NovaBone Products (the buyer), in the purchase of a 28,868-square-foot building located at 13510 U.S. Hwy. 441 in Alachua. The transaction closed on February 28, 2020.
NovaBone is a designer, manufacturer, and global distributor of regenerative medical devices based in Florida since 2002. NovaBone produces devices within the field of orthopedics and dental indications providing the medical community with unparalleled versatility and the widest range of choices in the bone graft device and wound healing markets.
