Sports fans can support Junior Achievement of North Florida with tickets to local events

Ticket purchases to the Jacksonville Iceman, TPC and Jacksonville Sharks can support the nonprofit organization

Fans of local sports teams and sporting events can enjoy their favorites while helping raise money for Junior Achievement of North Florida. Fans of the Jacksonville Iceman can support JA of North Florida by buying tickets to the Feb. 28 game. Those going to The Players, March 12 through March 15, can purchase tickets to the tournament while supporting the nonprofit and fans of arena football can see the Jacksonville Sharks on April 25 and also support JA.

 

“These partnerships offer some family-friendly fun while helping out our organization and, in turn, the future of our local students from kindergarten to high school,” said Steve St. Amand, president of JA of North Florida. “This is a great opportunity for you to show your support while getting together with family and friends to cheer on our hometown hockey and arena football team or enjoy some time watching the golf greats on the prestigious TPC course.”

 

To support JA of North Florida while cheering on the Jacksonville Iceman on Feb. 28 as they take on the Norfolk Admirals, just visit jaxicemen.com/ja20 or janfl.org and click on the JA Events page to get your tickets. Tickets are $15 each and $3 from each ticket will be donated to the nonprofit.

 

Discounted tickets to The Players, taking place from March 12 to March 15, can be purchased at THEPLAYERS.COM/CHIPIN20 using code JAJAX as part of the PGA Tour’s Chip In For Youth program. Tickets are $55 and $30 of every ticket will go to JA of North Florida with the remainder going to The First Tee of North Florida.

 

On April 25, fans can check out the Jacksonville Sharks as they take on Massachusetts Pirates and help out the nonprofit. A portion of tickets sales will support JA of North Florida. More information can be found at janfl.org, just click on the JA Events page.

 

During the Jacksonville Sharks game, JA of North Florida will have a special announcement about its Golden Ticket fundraising raffle which is a chance to win the ultimate entertainment package. The Golden Ticket sales will begin on June 1 and run through August 27. More information will be coming soon to the JA website and Facebook page.
