We hope you can join us again at the Florida Blue Foundation’s 2020 Community Health Symposium and Sapphire Awards. For those of you that came last year, we want to extend a special “Thank You” for making the 2019 event successful. We want to Welcome all of you back that came last year and extend a special invitation to all of you that could not join us last year, but can attend this year.
The 2020 Florida Blue Foundation Community Health Symposium and Sapphire Awards will be held on May 4-5, 2020, at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel in Orlando, Florida. The theme for the 2020 Symposium is “Big Issues in Health: Healthy Communities.” It is an exciting and timely topic and we have lined up great local and national speakers, incredible professional development sessions, networking opportunities and fun moments for all.
The Sapphire Awards honor outstanding organizations, programs and individuals that are distinguished by exemplary leadership, innovation and documented successes in providing effective service delivery programs to address hunger/food insecurity, opioids/substance abuse or poverty for Floridians and communities across Florida.
You will be able to meet and greet the 2020 Sapphire Awards Finalists at a reception beginning at 5:30 pm. Following the Reception is a dinner and the Sapphire Awards Program. The dress for the evening is business or after five attire.
We are again offering CEU credits, so please check the box if you want to earn these credits.

The attire, except for the Sapphire Awards event, is Business Casual.
