Colliers International Northeast Florida Facilitates $8 Million Sale of 39.5-Acre Industrial Waterfront Terminal Parcel

Published Tuesday, February 11, 2020

Colliers International Northeast Florida has brokered the $8 million sale of a 39.5-acre industrial waterfront terminal parcel, located at 1301 Wigmore Street in Jacksonville.

Guy Preston and Seda Preston with Colliers International Northeast Florida represented the seller, Norfolk Southern Corporation, in the transaction. Keystone Terminals purchased the property. The transaction closed on January 31, 2020.

The waterfront parcel is well positioned to support the logistics industry, with direct access to the St. Johns River and an active Norfolk Southern rail line.

“Investing in Northeast Florida’s industrial real estate has proven to be a successful business driver for Keystone Terminals, as evidenced by this recent transaction,” said Guy Preston. “This property was only on the market for approximately one year. We wish the new owners much success as they incorporate this prime real estate into their operations.”
