The brick and the bones of the tower were intentionally left intact, while new materials, colors and textures were used to highlight the overall coastal chic aesthetic.
The team also built two new four-story buildings with 132 residences, two-story buildings with four townhomes and four carriage homes and a parking garage for residents. The transformation features residences designed with unique character, abundant natural light and today’s most sought-after finishes. The team created an elegant community environment that highlights RiverVue’s natural beauty accentuated by peaceful and active social spaces, a conservation area and more than 1 acre of open green space.
