Colliers International Northeast Florida has facilitated the $6 million purchase of two properties in Jacksonville Beach: an 8,032-square-foot building located at 15 S. 1st Street, and an 80-space surface parking lot located at 110 Beach Boulevard.
The property is currently under a ground lease to Joe’s Crab Shack, which will remain active under the new ownership. The parking lot will continue to serve customers of the restaurant.
Chuck Diebel, Executive Director of Colliers International Northeast Florida, represented the buyers, Mike and Elaine Ashourian through Beach South One, LLC, in the transactions. The purchases closed on August 26, 2019.
“Jacksonville Beach remains one of the strongest submarkets in Northeast Florida,” said Diebel. “The high-visibility locations, coupled with the presence of a successful tenant, made these properties especially attractive to our client.”
