Forcura, a Jacksonville-based healthcare technology company, announces the launch of the Innovate Jax podcast. The Innovate Jax podcast is designed to celebrate the change-makers propelling Jacksonville to a new realm of sophistication and to connect people and ideas to bring new innovations to life.
“Thanks to our fantastic mix of change-makers across technology, business, academia and culture. Jacksonville is a city ready for a close-up. We no longer need to see ourselves as anything but a first-tier city that’s a hub of innovation in the southeast. That’s all because of our people,” says Craig Mandeville, Founder and CEO of Forcura. “People in Jax are genuinely willing to collaborate, open doors, and make introductions to accelerate the speed of professional success. We know that we’re at our best when those around us are successful. That’s not a quality that can be found just anywhere. In fact, this spirit of collaboration is our city’s secret sauce.”
One of the best characteristics of Jacksonville is how diverse it is. At the same time, its size can make it challenging to know what inspiring things are happening downtown, Riverside or Ponte Vedra Beach if you’re a resident of the beaches. That’s what the Innovate Jax podcast is all about: connecting those dots. There are brilliant, talented people who are making the way we live, work and play here in Jacksonville more fulfilling, more successful, more innovative. The hope is that by sharing these stories, the Innovate Jax podcast elevates Jacksonville across the nation and connects people and ideas here to bring new ideas to market.
Forcura’s Innovate Jax podcast launched at a kick-off event at the Forcura offices on June 27. New episodes will be available monthly. The podcast has already featured a diverse group of innovators including the founder and president of ADVOS Legal, Gwen Griggs, who has completely redefined how law can be practiced. Another guest, Dwight Cooper, has earned over a decade’s worth of recognition from the likes of Fortune and Gallup for creating award-winning workplace culture. Donna Orender started her career as a professional basketball player, and has devoted her life to leveling the playing field for women. Subscribe and listen wherever you download podcasts and you’ll have fresh new episodes delivered to you each month.
