Harden Expands Into South Florida, Selecting Doug Beller as Market Leader

Already serving many clients in South Florida, nationally, and internationally, adding a Fort Lauderdale office will allow Harden to provide more localized service, expand its talent pool, and better connect to the South Florida community. With the strategic addition of Doug Beller as Executive Vice President, South Florida Market Leader and Employee Benefits Account Director, Harden will continue its organic growth strategy and enhance executive leadership to support its succession plan.

Doug Beller brings more than 20 years’ experience and senior level industry expertise in sales and operations management of Property, Casualty and Employee Benefits products. Doug is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics.  He holds a Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuity (2-15) license.  Prior to joining Harden, Doug was Senior Vice President and Managing Director at USI Services, where he provided strategic leadership and management oversight to the entire South Florida insurance operations.  He was accountable for sales and marketing strategies, major account relationships, and process improvement/best practices.
