As a JAX Chamber member, there are so many ways and opportunities to get involved in the business community, you're limited only by your own time!  Following is our checklist of recommended activities to make the most of your membership.

 

Involvement Checklist

Within a Few Weeks

□ Review membership package

□ Review Calendar of Events

□ Secure your ID and password

Review Member Discount Program information and sign-up for an account

□ Become familiar with resources such as downloadable business forms

□ Attend Council and/or ImpactJAX meetings

□ Connect with JAX Chamber on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter

 

Within Three Months

□ Attend Chamber 101 and/or a New Member Reception (Search and register for them on the Events Page)

□ Join one or more Councils and/or ImpactJAX / Beaches Division

□ Schedule your ribbon cutting ceremony, if applicable

□ Consider advertising opportunities

□ Participate in a council Buy Chamber lunch ladder or trustee connections group

 

Within Six Months

□ Attend a Small Business Center Orientation

□ Consider joining a Council committee

□ Provide feedback to your Account Manager

□ Participate in the Ribbon Cutting Committee

□ Contact Member Relations to discuss your involvement strategy

 

Within First Year

□ Get involved on a Council committee

□ Consider sponsorship or advertising opportunities

□ Attend Chamber 201 to refresh your Chamber marketing & involvement strategy
