    The Clay Florida Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is an independent not-for-profit corporation with the mission of promoting high-wage job growth and capital investment in Clay County. The Clay EDC is the lead economic development agency for Clay County, but we are fortunate to collaborate with many partner agencies who support our efforts. The Clay EDC works closely with JAXUSA and Enterprise Florida in pursuit of our mission. In addition to our regional and state partners, we are fortunate to have the support of both the private and public sector in Clay. The Clay Board of County Commissioners is a key ally in recruiting new businesses to Clay County, and in supporting the expansion of existing high-wage employers. Other local partners include the Clay County Utility Authority, the Clay County Development Authority, and the Clay Chamber of Commerce. One of Clay's key strengths is the partnership of a "team of teams" working together to help grow the entire community's economy.
