The Hightower Fellowship furthers the JAX Chamber’s goal of empowering the next generation of leaders by connecting talented young professionals with influential Jacksonville leaders.
About the Fellowship
The Hightower Emerging Leaders Fellowship brings together a class of talented young professionals with prominent and influential Jacksonville leaders. Fellows will network and learn from titans of Jacksonville who are looking to give back to the next generation. These monthly round table discussions will take place in a setting that allows for candid discussion about how these leaders achieved their career success, as well as their challenge for the next generation inheriting the city.
The caliber of participants selected for this program is unlike any other young professional fellowship in Jacksonville, and will allow each Fellow to develop lifelong relationships with classmates and speakers. Past speakers include Darnell Smith, Tim Cost, John Peyton, Audrey Moran, Betsy Lovett and Ed Burr.

All applicants must be members of JAX Chamber. If you are employed on the staff of a company with active membership in JAX Chamber, you are a member. A selection committee will review all applications and will invite selected candidates for an in-person interview. From that group, Fellowship participants will be chosen. Once selected as a Fellow, the participant fee of $500 will be due before the program kickoff in February. Nonprofits will receive a $150 discount.
