A four-part workshop series for aspiring entrpreneurs to complete a business plan
#3- Financial Forecasting
Determine if your business will make money
In the first part of this session, we will help you understand accounting principles, general business records, taxes, management accounting (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow).
In the second half you will learn how to make a cash flow and income projection for your business. You will also determine breakeven points and investigate the impact of pricing decisions on your venture's profitability. This key document is a prerequisite for obtaining outside financing.
We will provide you with all workshop materials to help you through the class. At completion of the series, you will be assigned a SCORE business coach who will continue to be your contact point after the series.
Cost for the four-part series is $99 or $30 per workshop. This valuable series will help participants gauge their business ideas before investing a lot of time and money. If you purchase the series, make-up sessions are available if you miss part of the series
